actually Paul I very rarely go down the Strand now let alone drive down there, Im out of town most of the time now, and enjoy driving to Exeter early mornings with no hassle

no hope of anything being done to the Brook in holiday season. Michael Clayson said in an earlier post in the year that there was no money or plans for Piermont Place. Maybe if cheaper materials had been used for the Strand there might have been enough.
