Looks like this illegal deal was struck between Protheroe and Teignbridge a long time ago. I can't think of any individuals on the council. They all fall in to line....those that don't are ostracised. Dawlish Clown Council reeks of networking prostitution.
I think we can add smug and patronising to that list. The problem is, the residents of Dawlish are too nice and willing to assume our local council are beyond corruption. How wrong could they be. As councillors (or supporters of our councillors), you show absolute contempt, through mockery, of the residents of Dawlish. As regards similar attitudes......think about this.
