Mm, up to a point, but it's not quite as straightforward as all that. Besides, dispensing with HB isn't the only, nor the best, means of addressing the (very minimal) extent to which HB levels can influence pervailing rental rates.

I found a pair of prescription glasses with silver coloured frames on the Lawn, Dawlish this evening (Monday 28th June) at around 9.45 p.m. If they belong to you or someone you know, I'll be taking them in to the Police Shop opposite the Lawn tomorrow morning.
