Thanks for your comments,people,worth pointing out that this was the dawlish office not the one in teignmouth where this was reported as it was dawlish the bikes were pinched from. I think the way they get round that one (please correct me if im wrong) is that the enforcement signs were put up along the strand 5 days prior to the enforcement order taking effect. The initial signs did have the wrong date on but this was corrected Tuesday. I saw two cars getting ticketed in the loading bay outside one stop,but i understand thats a no parking zone (Except goods vehicles) ...
