PLANS have been submitted to build a main access road to a major development of more than 400 new homes on the outskirts of Dawlish.
The detailed plans are for the main access road to residential buildings, self build plots, mixed use and extra care facilities at the site. The submission also includes details of a sustainable urban drainage pond and landscaping.
