Aw... Thats so sad. Just saw this thread. I joined this forum years ago when I used to holiday in Dawlish. I didn't know Martin personally but he helped me with an illegal parking ticket I got on holiday in Minehead. I remembered he posted some parking stuff on here so I contacted him through this page. He was really helpful and gave me a few pointers to help. Rest In Peace Martin. John Dobbs ...

Hi Guys I've used Mozilla Firefox since it came out and I've never had any problems viewing websites. Firefox was a more secure browser than earlier IE browsers which had some security issues. I have always used it since. It is available for a free download at http://www.mozilla-europe.org/en/firefox. Hope this helps
Hi PJD This is an old scam from about four years ago. Seems it is doing the rounds again via email. This phone line was shut down two years ago after lots of complaints about it "ICSTIS closed that phone line down at the end of last year and are getting loads of emails and calls because people have started sending the warning emails again. They have issued a press release about it'' Type the phone ...

But they managed to grab on to the ...
Hi Guys Great to see that the Spirit of the Exe festival is still going ahead. We'll be holidaying in Dawlish from the 3rd to 17th July and if anyone sees us at the festival then say hello. I've posted a recent photo of our 8 month old grandson in the Photos/Holidays section. Would also like to see a sand sculpture competition as Mark suggested. Last years competition with Rory McGrath and Paddy ...
Hi Have you tried the Cider Bar in Newton Abbott 99, East St, Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ12 2LD
Hi If anyone's going to the festival then I'd recommend a band playing on the main stage on Saturday. They're a Johnny Cash tribute band called Ring of Fire and if the crowds turn up then what a treat they're in for. I saw this band a few years ago at the Tartan Heart Festival in Belladrum and they had the place rocking. Here's a link to their video on You Tube ...
Last link for now guys as I'll probably not be back online until sometime next week. Found this site with some old photos from Devon incuding Dawlish, Teignmouth Torquay and Paignton. Lots of other towns too. http://www.visitthepast.co.uk/gallery.html
Hi Guys My wife and I have visited Dawlish for the last four years and think it is a great place. Does anyone know if there is anything happening on the Lawn during the period 4th July till 18th July
