Joey, I'm beginning to think you are taking the wotsit now. If you or anyone else wants to find the town council's website all you have to do is type in Dawlish Town Council and use a search engine.

You can access those yourself by going onto Teignbridge District Council's website and following the 'planning' prompts. Alternatively look in the local press - Dawlish Gazette and Post. They carry all the Teignbridge Planning Applications. Though I have to say, the press usually carry them about 10 days or so after you can access them online. Hope that information helps to empower you.
