Went down to the lawn to have a go on the dodgems and rythem dancer yesterday. They'd put it up to £2.50 a ride, what a rip off, it was £2.00 a ride on Wednesday. Talk about high inflation, that's 25% in one day......

What local bands? Compared to Teignmouth we are miles behind! All we have is crappy karaoke type bands in pubs like the Lansdowne or the Teignmouth Inn. Too many old farts in Dawlish who are out of touch. If you want decent 'young' bands then Exeter is the place.

Can anyone on the site give me some idea of what is going to happen to the Vicarage, No 13 Weech Road? I am the grandson of Mr & Mrs Lane who lived at the property for many years and would love to see the property restored to good order as I have many fond memories of my childhood there. Many thanks
