The town council have voted to ban alcohol on the lawn. I hold the view that (although there are some problems) people should be allowed to enjoy a glass of wine on the The Lawn. Will the Fosters shop still be allowed on the lawn during carnival?

I duzz not even care of something or nuffing if booze is banned cos me and my crew will get totally wasted somewhere else so av it.

Chances are it will not be banned from lawn on carnival week, as the carnival buy a lience to sell drinks on the week, and will also buy a licence to allow people to drink within a certain area.
