Well, how about that you attack a cop and still don't go to jail. What is this country coming to.

I have written about this problem before. With the vast amount of dog poop left around the town/lawn/sea front. I for one don't understand the accolades about the "orange army" true they are working hard and getting paid a very good wage with all the overtime and working at the weekends. Paul, it's because they are untouchable. The law can only move them on but of course they come back.  It takes up to much valuable time to police them. There favorite places under the viaduct seating just to the left where the new benches are or where mentioned before. They are a blight to the town.
