Driving homealong Sannerville Way at approx 10.50am passed a yellow and black lycra clad cyclist with Exeter Wheelers on his back low and behold no hands on the handlebars talking on his mobile phone Beyond belief
If they knew they were going to be disolved why suddenly ask for 20k ?

Im glad to see them gone, caused many a hold up up Teignmouth Hill. Think they were put in for people to cross to the bank safely and now that's gone

Think somebody informed them it was a bad idea whilst the roadworks were ongoing along Exeter Road, re school traffic and school buses it was dangerous and gridlocked this morning!!!!
