It was UKIP sweeping the board at the 2014 EU election that forced Cameron into promising a referendum on our EU membership. We have Farage to thank for Brexit, so UKIP was very relevant until its aim was achieved.

As the service will be provided free to its users, and also supposed to generate a profit for the provider and the Council, I am puzzled as to where that profit lies, unless users will get bombarded with adverts.
Free wi-fi where both the Council and provider make a profit, I wonder where that profit will come from?

They can get stuffed if they think I am returning all my plastic and glass to the shops, so now we'll be paying twice; once to the council to take away the recycling, and again in higher prices at the shops.
