Just to add to the above its just been on the News that the German owned company E-ON has just crapped on the British pensioners by withdrawing their over 60s fixed price tariff. Again they blame our government. Why dont they just hand over control to the British people and Fu** off back to their Euro shit countries. That sounds about right. Get food poisoning from shop bought eggs- sue the hard working tax paying shop owner. Get the same from a kerb side seller who pays nothing out in overheads and theres no come back. Sainsbury's have knocked 4 pence off their fuel and the Texaco has closed early. Whats going on ?
It was never going to be a good idea letting French & German companies own our power business. I agree that all utilities need to be under government control or we are always going to be held to ransom. EDF, EON and all the others need getting rid of. As for the Fracking business the government need to ensure that all the gas recovered is only used for this countries use, not sold off abroad.
