Has anyone else noticed that DCC contractors have removed the 40mph signs from around the Shutterton and Sainsbury's site area. In this mornings Herald it also appears DCC have been applying for government grant money for projects not even started. When are the people responsible going to be brought to justice. In reality they are committing fraud and theft plus the eventual discrediting of DCC
