They have been issuing parking fines without the authority for five years and have now been found out, saw it today Monday on Spotlight, there should be more tonight 6-30 pm BBC1

thats showing them up, illegal tickets everywhere, how much longer are DCC going to deny they are wrong

In this mornings Herald it also appears DCC have been applying for government grant money for projects not even started.

When are the people responsible going to be brought to justice. In reality they are committing fraud and theft plus the eventual discrediting of DCC
