I went to a funeral a few months ago the commmittal took place at Dawlish Cemetery, the service of thanksgiving was at St Agatha"s Roman Catholic Church.

I have today heard that the feature about the Brook will be shown on Spotlight this Thursday with any luck. Please tune in and let your friends know. There is huge support for our campaign to dredge the Brook and tidy up the area!

Just a reminder that David Force shall be giving a talk in the Carnival Marquee on the history of Dawlish and Dawlish Warren from 1900 onwards on Monday 12th August at 3.30 for about an hour. It’s a free event so please come along if you’re at a loose end! he’ll be selling his books on Dawlish as well if you haven’t already got them! Hopefully I’ll see you there
