first great western own the station i think, so i have been told, they have a poor repuation for cleaning at the small stations, they tend to focus more on the bigger city stations rather than little ones. Mind you, the state of the toilets at bristol temple meads is absolutely disgusting. We are still waiting for a reply from 3 years ago.
