It is the site's screening opinion reference, hence ending in SO, it is to do with an Environmental Impact Assessment all major sites need. However, until the documents are uploaded the public will not be access the information, so the link is valid, just not usable yet.

This shows the map with the land between Langdon and Gatehouse now coloured red. http://gis.teignbridge.gov.uk/TeignbridgePlanningOnline/Map.aspx Once the documents are loaded onto the Teignbridge system, this will be the direct link ...

How do I know this, the farm land has been coloured red on the TDC website.  No documents yet, but what they propose will be interesting, since the other main sites are in combination asking for over 600 houses.   The SANGS table in the Draft Consultation stated 916 houses, but could the new application push the numbers even higher?

Just looked on the site, they just as well forget it at present, it's 100% affordable outside cities and towns.  It is like CIL £85 in Dawlish, £200 in rural Teignbridge including villages!  It is just not viable!

It looks like I am not the only one who is wondering why it is taking so long, see below: 1 DECEMBER 2015 DAWLISH NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN STEERING GROUP PUBLIC CONSULTATION Consultation could take the form of drop in sessions at locations to be determined, leaflets, local press advertising and social media or a mix of the aforementioned. Nothing is going to change unless the school gives up some land to create an off road pull in on Westcliff Road side similar to Gatehouse and Dawlish Community College, only then it will be safe for taxis to park and pick up.  I bet the school have like many increased their staff without any additional onsite parking spaces being added, so those who have to drive to work are adding to the ...

I have been away for Christmas and New Year, anyone know what the outcome of the meeting was?  Ken did you make it and was there an answer to the Secmaton Lane sewerage problem?

Regarding the Hill Drive, Secmaton Lane application, it appears that the owners will not defer leaving the council no choice but to refuse.  Also a friend drove up Secmaton Lane today and said there were people with clip boads including someone that looked official, anyone know what that was about?  Was it another site visit to do with the application?

Regarding the Hill Drive site in Secmaton Lane which was deferred on the 20th October 2015 at the Teignbridge Planning Committee Meeting. Would anything change the Dawlish Town Council's views over the site using Secmaton Lane as a temporary basis, or is DTC not for turning on this issue.  Someone said the owners could withdraw the plan and resubmit, but that could leave it to be decided under ...
