By voting to stay in we are voting to maintain the same old same old. A body which has not been financially accountable since its inception and one which consumes billions of £s with no concrete evidence that the vast amount of money spent provides value for money for our country. Let's hope so Gary and then let's hope people use them! I stopped walking along Lady's Mile a couple of years ago as the stench from the horrendous amount of dog poo along that stretch was awful. I did complain at the time so it may be a lot cleaner now but I haven't been back to find out as my stomach just can't take it!
Thanks for the update Gary but, as of today, the tail back through Dawlish due to the lights is horrendous. Travelling in from Teignmouth at about 5pm tonight the queue started just past John Nash Drive and it took at least 20 minutes to get to the centre of Dawlish. This will just get worse as the holiday season kicks in. And, have the residents of Lanherne been consulted on these changes? I ask ...
We would need a solicitor to look at the detail of all of this to know if what is happening is legal. From what I have read the developer has, as usual, reduced the amount of affordable housing but it is not immediately clear why they have done this and whether they are legally entitled to do this. Gut feeling..........being ripped off by the developers again!! And......why was the viability ...

I agree purrrrrfect, the whole of the sea front at that point is a disgrace and nothing is being done to tidy it up. What are the current Town Councillors doing? Do none of them walk round town and notice all the things that need attending to? Are they not badgering TDC to clean up and sort out? If they are then they need to let us know, if not then they need to Pull their collective fingers out ...
