I think this could be good for Dawlish as monkeyboy says , there prices for food and ales are brilliant and whenever I visit elsewhere always look for a Wetherspoons. Does the owner not come from Exeter so he knows the problems we face down here. The only place I can think feasable tho is the old Sunburnt Arms site in Dawlish Warren
