That is really good news about the shop and the restaurant! I wish something could be done with the old Lloyds chemist as it really is an eye sore!
Fred, on a Town Council we should all be working for the people of Dawlish and representing their views, which is what you clearly do, and not working for self - interest and glorification, so you would be a great candidate for the Town Council.
Absolutely agree HuwMatthews2, the people at Red Rock cafe work so hard seven days a week all year round (until the storm damage closed the footpath) they deserve a bit of luck, not a slagging off from Mrs C.
Actually Fred, I think you should stand and, like me, be a completely independent Councillor so you do not have to dance to other's tunes and not feel obliged to support proposals that are not in tune with the people of Dawlish.
I agree with Burneside and do hope they now take you to court for the accusations you have made. Where is your evidence? I have taken a copy of your post and will be happy to provide the Red Rock people with a copy should they wish to take further action.
Really great they are open again! They have had a really tough time since February through no fault of their own.
When they see the facts Mrs C hopefully they will realise it is not scaremongering!
What is misleading about saying I work for an employer? I do! What is misleading about saying those who work for employers do not necessarily have the flexibility or luxury to attend these consultations during the day? They don't! Clearly Mrs C you completely misunderstood my post!
Mrs C, do you ever post anything remotely interesting or useful?
For those of you who didn't mange to get to the Strand Hall over the last three days, because let's face it, like me you work for an employer and do not have the flexibility or luxury to attend during the day, then please do complete your survey on- line at surveymonkey .com. Your views are important and will decide what happens next.
