The go ahead has now been given (with various provisos) for the 190 homes to be built. However, from reading the planning documentation it appears that the 64 bed care home and the employment land were not included in this planning permission and will thus be subject to separate planning applications - sometime in the future.

@HuwMatthews2 - suggest the site at Langdon where the 64 bed care home is supposed to be built. Why? Because I think a cathedral has more chance of being built there than any care home.
