The re-cylcing site at Shutterton is to my knowledge owned by TDC however the operation and removal of the waste was financed and arranged by Devon County Council. There seems to be a little confusion on here between a jury's guilty verdict of which there could have been no doubt, and justice being done. Im pretty sure the majority of Lee Rigby's regiment dont think justice has been done.

I thought the fiqure to be pretty good myself in other parts of the region it would be far higher with posible fatalities as well.
