The re-cylcing site at Shutterton is to my knowledge owned by TDC however the operation and removal of the waste was financed and arranged by Devon County Council. It was DCC that withdrew the funding thus closing down the site. As for the removal of waste direct from your property. TDC do have the Blitz Squad ...

There seems to be a little confusion on here between a jury's guilty verdict of which there could have been no doubt, and justice being done. Im pretty sure the majority of Lee Rigby's regiment dont think justice has been done.

I thought the fiqure to be pretty good myself in other parts of the region it would be far higher with posible fatalities as well. Dont really see the point of the sign though as its likely at least 4 out of the 7 fell off themselves without the involvement of another vehicle.
