Police officers are investigating reports that a male was set upon by a group of people in Bank Street, Teignmouth at around 4pm. What would be the point of the council issuing a Compulsory Purchase Order? Daw Vale Care Home closed back in 2015. There have since been 3 planning applications (in 2016,2017 and 2018) to develop the site but none of them came to anything.
