For clarity. There is only one site in Teignbridge being considered as a traveller/gypsy site and that is at Higher Mead Farm, Ashburton. The land off Meadow Park is a site being considered for a small scale housing development.

Thing is, thing is, that Devon County Council Highways department don't see that the extra traffic generated by another 4 houses in the vicinity would cause any extra problems. Highway and traffic issues were not a reason why planning permission was refused for the previous application. I think it is 12 in total. I am trying to get confirmation (or otherwise) of that number.
