I'm always looking for a 'bank' chef to cover holidays' sickness etc. Cooking for 20 odd pers. We don't have brilliant rates of pay though.

It's very difficult to implement in this country or abroad. I think most of us agree that an ex-pat living somewhere near the equator shouldn't get it but what about Spain, Cyprus etc? Make sure it's Wee Shoppe pasty Andy. I'm a big fan (as can be seen by my girth!!!!) and they are currently the best around in my humble opinion. No, I have no conection with them!!!lol
