@Deedoodle (and anyone else interested in following this through) suggest contact Cllr Val Mawhood about who owns the land (I've just checked and TDC does not) and once that is ascertained, whether or not vehicles are allowed on it (I'm thinking especially of dogs off lead, and small children). Just had a walk down by St Gregory's Church and as I came out of the grounds towards Dawlish Water. I was surprised to see about 20ish fairly old people (60-80 ) sitting on chairs in a tight circle behind Newhay Close on the field. An artist who had been troubled by his mental health tragically chose to end his life by jumping in front of a moving train at Dawlish Station. An inquest in Plymouth today heard how the 53-year-old had suffered with his mental health in the past and how his death had been a deliberate act. It always seems that the criminals always get treated better than the victims in the UK law system. Don't blur the pic out of that piece of scum and name and shame them. I don't expect its the first dog this filth has nicked, in my opinion.
