Police crack down, what a joke. Just seen three thugs all hooded and masked up on SUR RON's or similar shoot passed me in Dawlish must have been doing at least 30mph. Cops round here are an absolute joke. If you do see one they are in their vehicle windows up shooting past.

Mine went down last few years due to a change in how I use the water I have paid for, why pay these greedy water companies twice. Remember - to save money do not waste the water you use for bathing or doing the dishes just by throwing it down the drain. It is quite clear to see that your sewage bill is the main culprit. Need I say anymore as to how you can save on you water bill!

Well, other than the Carnival event they must have visited a different Dawlish to the crapper I live in. 20 years ago it was a beautiful and well maintained and cherished Town but over the last 2 decades the councils have run it into the ground whilst continually increasing the rates, in my opinion

I experienced anti social behaviour and bullying for over 12 years on a regular basis and reported all these incidents to the police and they literally did nothing at all. Poor old Dawlish just does not get a break. First it was no more air shows then years of  reinforcing the sea wall for the railway because of decades of lack of maintenance by the company and now The Lawn being ripped apart this Summer for poop storage and to boot the motorcycle show that has been such a success the last two years go to Teignmouth ffs.

In my opinion all that Stalin Starmer has done is take over the purse strings for the multibillion £ budget the NHS waste every year. I assume so that he can now do the same but with even more vigour. Presumably to bring it to its knees in preparation for privatisation just  like he is doing with the economy, again in my opinion.

How about a MODEST increase in services to go with the modest increase in payment, cheeky so and so's. How about a few redundancies from the council as most of the services are non existent or gone all together!

It is about time that government officials paid into their pension funds just the same as the private sector workers do and did not get top ups from the tax payers.

How about keep the counter open and reduce the pay of the manager and supervisors instead!

How about having a police officer who actually walked a beat around Dawlish and got to know what is actually going on. Rather than wasting time talking to the town councillors who seem rather remote from the issues many people are having in Dawlish, in my opinion.

Popped down to the CO-OP in Dawlish on the 03rd Jan 2025 to pick up some nibbles. Noticed every freezer was empty and the reason was that all the freezers stopped working at the same time.
