The Irish PM has announced in the event of a "hard" Brexit then UK aircraft could be banned from flying across EU territories. The right to fly over another country's land is not governed by the EU at all, but by the global International Air Services Transit Agreement. His assertion is made even more ridiculous with the revelation that the RAF actually polices Ireland's airspace because it does ...
The terms hard and soft Brexit had never been used until Leave won the referendum. Soft Brexit is a ruse invented by Remainers to try to keep us in the EU by the back door, and it was fully endorsed by May with the publication of her Chequers plan. It's the game she has been playing for the last two years, but thankfully her wings have now been clipped by true Brexiteers in the government.
It is incumbent on the government to plan for all outcomes, including a no-deal Brexit. Planning for a no-deal doesn't mean it is going to come to pass. Even the European Commission is advising member states to be prepared for such an eventuality. http://www.cityam.com/289392/european-commission-ramp-up-warnings-over-no-deal-brexit
Why not fill it with British produce and keep the money at home?
Britain also has an "obesity epidemic", and nobody will be forced to eat food they don't want to eat.
Well we seem to have put all our eggs in one basket with our EU membership, and I don't see how May's pretend Brexit is going to change the situation much.
So people voting for Brexit to make the country independent from Brussels are Little England xenophobes? I know who the bigots are around here. But as Brexit is only going to happen cosmetically, nothing much will change.
"Brexitards" have a problem with the referendum result being ignored and Brexit not being delivered. My choice of words for Remainers would be unprintable here.
I am only sorry that Heath is dead and cannot witness his treasured dream is now in tatters.
Even if this conversation really happened it was none of your business to butt in, even if you felt like it.
