Does anyone know anything about PH? He used to be a very vocal member of the Dawlish commentariat along with his keeping tabs on local authority infringements of traffic regulations. Haven't heard anything from or about him for quite a while now. He used to post on this website using the name Viaduct (don't know though if he used any other nom de plumes then, or since). Anyone?
In the case of Warren Farm I think you'll find we are talking about one house only. A barn conversion. The legislation that allows this to happen also has various restrictions as to how many houses can be built (believe only barns already in situ) and how big (no bigger than the space already taken up by the barn in question).
