I was amazed to read Michael Clayson's post regarding the function of DTC planning committee.
My advice to the next administration is to be open and clear about the role of DTC planning committee and the basis on which they are making their decisions.
I've just received this from the Keep Warren Farm farming campaign
Dear All
Thank you for signing our petition. The situation is unchanged – Warren Farm is not for sale. Therefore the other SANGS options should be considered by Teignbridge. We will keep you updated on the campaign.
Use your vote wisely on Thursday 7th May for town and district councils.
With regards

There is a very recent addition, if you are interested in having a read, dated Thursday 21st May 2015 - Appellant's Final submission.
Am told (I wasn't there) that the news of Richard Week's successful Appeal was announced at last night's town council meeting. I also understand that BBC Radio Devon broadcast the news about the successful appeal at 7.am this morning and that the broadcast included interviews with Richard Weeks and Martin Wrigley. The programme also carred the news of the vote of no confidence in TDC (although the original motion was slightly amended so that it registered 'concern').
I wonder if all this will make the local tv news?
In the case of Warren Farm I think you'll find we are talking about one house only. A barn conversion. The legislation that allows this to happen also has various restrictions as to how many houses can be built (believe only barns already in situ) and how big (no bigger than the space already taken up by the barn in question).
