I completely agree, should be paid direct to landlord, for example who would house a drug addict knowing they will get the rent paid straight to them ?? Social landlords (they have charitable status, none profit organisations) have different rules than private landlords and they get their rent direct, I know nothing about next years rules.

Ha ha ha ha ha Lol

HB, or housing benefit no longer exists, it's a local housing allowance, LHA, it is a set amount based on your needs, irrelevant is the home you live in. This affordable homes thing seems a nonsense, If i put my existing property into a Ltd company I could then buy one of these. The property in Dawlish is being bought via a Ltd company already. I 'll get other stuff swapped over then register ready for Shutterton. Thanks Lynne

A parking permit should be a "parking permit" not a loading bay permit and double yellow lines are there because it's dangerous to park. Why not park out of town and leave the parking spaces for customers

I would guess there will be a bit of back stabbing now, health & safety, planning. The new boot fair has to attract people so thats why it's free entry and cheaper for sellers, but the sellers prices will probably go up once established. The good thing is its good for the public (cheaper), good for sellers and best of all the money goes to childrens hospice. Brilliant

lol I don't earn 150 Lol
