The grass area at the top half of the playing field is being mown more irregularly than previously leading to speculation that the land is being primed for development. One of the newly resurfaced car parks at Dawlish Warren has had part of the meshed area churned up by a lorry. This happened just days after completion and Teignbridge Council will have to shell out £12,000 to sort out the damage.
The Dawlish Trader in the Brunswick had a large selection of men's and ladies wear and after many years of trading recently closed down. Not sure what kind of shops would be successful in Dawlish .
Lucky Old Town Street! That's why we never see the sweeper cleaner anywhere else, the state of the roads from the town up towards the Chalton Flats and out the Exeter Road are a disgrace.
