A Dawlish man who went missing 25 years ago was never found. I see in the Dawlish Gazette today Devon County Council cannot rule out the posibility of the tip at shutterton being closed in the New Year. When i spoke to someone from Teignbridge Council a few weeks ago i was told "They had no knowledge of the tip closing, but it comes under Devon County Council"
