right to buy was a good thing. it has allowed vast swathes of council estates , to lose that run down look.The problem has been that no social housing has been built to replace them.
Marine Tavern has no football or yobs.....it just needs a few lights inside , just to brighten it up a bit.

I use a number of shops around the area and witches bowl now and again. All of them say takings are down as people are avoiding the area. Not sure how shutting all-together can be justified though.
The leaflet in the smugs. it gave the 3 dates and mentioned a band coming on at 7-30 or 8pm on friday. we stayed for a meal and whilst we were eating , numerous people came in and then walked out again for the same reason. as for the comment"in the duck enclosure".......yes and i ate roast duck
As the beer fest was advertised as Friday saturday and Sunday , i went in friday lunch. It didnt start until friday night. I was not amused.
