what I meant was the Airshow is given preference over our Carnival by advertising it, other places Carnivals are mentioned
how strange that the free devon life magazine, in its whats on section for august, makes no mention of our carnival only the airshow, whats that about !!!!

totally agree mark, airshow has had its day, leave it to Dartmouth and Torbay and give us back OUR Carnival

I love Dawlish but boy has it changed in the last 15yrs, DM take your rose tinted glasses off and really look around you, everything investigator says is true, Dawlish has gone from a pretty family oriented town into what it is now a shambles. And your beloved CCTV has done nothing to help this town.Ask the Mnager of the Co-op how much he loses every week through people stealing to feed their drug ...
Also I would like to see the Carnival Week stay and revert back to as it was before the Airshow took over, after all it was always for the locals, and holidaymakers who booked their holidays to coincide. I feel that the Airshow has taken pecedent in the last 10years or so
