They have asked for £1.300 for a new gazebo, whatever happended to the £9.000 that was in the account when I Birdsey took control and in a letter answering a question (not by me but I have seen a copy) he said " we will do what we will with the money" I think is time Mr Dave Farley and his wife started to come out into the open and explain what is going on.

I think you will find that the attitude and actions of I Birdsey (even though he has left) has left a bad taste in peoples mouth, at the time the committee members backed his every action.

Dont bother to enterain me lady, as once again you did not read the posts properly the 8.00.000 referred to last year (2012) those appeal figures will be released hopefully later this year. Check the years properly 2009/10 and 2008/9

Mrs C, Once again you dont seem to read the posts. In one year In London last year 68 per cent of drivers who took their case to the independent adjudicator won their appeal. Figures for 2009/10 reveal that 50,185 drivers lodged appeals – with 34,072 successful. Mrs C,, take your head out of the clouds, those figures were released by the Traffic Penaly Tribunal who oversee the appeals and employ the Adjudicators, the other admission was by Devon County Council so they are all liars? that would not be in their interests.
