DAWLISH will be marking Ukrainian Independence Day in support of refugees who have made the town their home since the invasion by Russia. Everyone is welcome to join the event which will take place on Thursday August 24 at the Piazza and the bottom of the Lawn. Mayor of Dawlish Rosie Dawson will lead the event and raise the Ukrainian flag at 1pm.
