Yep, I don't have exact details but have been told that staff hours are being increased, so hopefully more staff at peak times. I have always found the Staff there to be very helpful and freindly no matter how busy they are, I certainly wouldn't like to put up with some of the people I have listened to while waiting in the queue there.
Dawlish is having a VERY quiet year financially, just take the trouble to ask local traders. Most local holidaymakers stay in Dawlish Warren so they now shop at Sainsburys. I shop locally almost every day and haven't spoken to anyone who isn't looking forward to having a local Sainsburys, long overdue. I also know several people who are very happy to have a local job again, especially students who find it almost impossible to get any local part-time jobs other than seasonal work.
