Has anyone else noticed the plethora of signage that has appeared on Teignmouth Road? There are now 10 x 40mph signs each way (so 20 in total) located in the one mile stretch between Lea Mount and Derncleugh Gardens! What a waste of money - must be trying to use up this year's budget.

A quick search on Facebook reveals boths men originate from Sunderland.

The South Devon coast is on Flood Alert with high tides and strong winds predicted for the area from Start Point to Dawlish Warren. Flooding is possible for exposed east facing coastal locations including Hallsands, Beesands, Torcross, Slapton, Blackpool Sands, Brixham, Broadsands, Goodrington, Paignton, Hollicombe, Torquay, Oddicombe, Teignmouth Promenade and Dawlish. Police are investigating a burglary at Portmile lodges, Exeter road which happened between 10am on Thursday 2 February and 11am on Tuesday 7 February 2017. I looked at the new houses at the Sainsburys site a while ago for a friend they are like cardboard boxes you can put a little pressure on the internal walls and they move i wouldn't buy one if they were half the price.

Wasn’t Exminster set at 35% affordable and did I not read recently that the developer “Bovis” had agreed with TDC that it would now be 10%. That’s Bovis of the famed Facebook site Bovis Homes Victims Group. A group made up of over 1000 people complaining about the shoddy houses that Bovis have built. A YOUNG woman reported missing in Dawlish early today was found safe and well just two hours later in the resort. Police had been concerned for the welfare of 24-year-old Amber Brown who was reported missing at 6.45am.
