I thought it might be 'old' news. I've not been in town for the past couple of weeks so haven't read the last couple of Gazettes. But as I couldn't find anything about it on here I thought I would post the info.
According to last weeks Dawlish Gazette it will open at the end of this month, it will also have a coffee shop.
