The maths is correct. The Strongvox site plan shows a total of 30 affordable homes (may be 31 if I miscounted), whilst Sovereign Living's website is showing 5 shared ownership homes still available (there must have been 15 originally available, as 10 have been snapped up).
No, the full allocation has definitely not been taken - Sovereign Living are the people to contact re. shared ownership at Secmaton Rise.
How do I know? By asking the right questions to the right people.
By the way, 'Secmaton Rise' wasn't a typo.
Not sure what purpose was served by posting this at 8.20pm!!! The road was clear by 5.45pm!!! I really hope though that the mess left behind by the torrent is cleared up sooner rather than later.
Maybe it's related to the fact that there were only 10 applications for the affordable homes (i.e shared ownership) on the 'Secmaton Rise' development?
Don't tell you know who that! He/she will be whipping him/herself into a frenzy of paranoia!!!! :-)
You have to undertake the initiation ceremony first Phil. ;-)
Sorry Brazilnut. :-)
Does anyone know how to contact the Friends of Dawlish Station? Thanks.
