A 33-year-old mother of two from Dawlish was killed when her Honda car was in collision with a Ford Mondeo in Sannerville Way Exminster on Thursday. Police have arrested the driver of the Mondeo who is also 33-years-old and local. The man is in a undisclosed hospital being treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Two men from Dawlish age 27 and 25 have been arrested on suspicion of stealing a car. A dog handler followed a blue Vauxhall Corsa being driven erratically towards a car park in Newton Abbott at 3.40am yesterday. The passenger tried to walk away but the handler with help from his dog detained the two men until other units arrived. Both men were arrested.
