CAMPAIGNERS have welcomed approval of a scheme to save a derelict Grade II listed building in Dawlish. Plans to restore the Old Vicarage and convert it into seven homes have been granted permission by Teignbridge Council.

PLANS for a new solar park at a Teignbridge hospital have been approved, allowing the site to move forward with its renewable energy plans. Devon Partnership NHS Trust has been granted planning permission for a ground-mounted solar panel array at Langdon Hospital in Dawlish.
