Five years after a terrible motorbike accident, which left her fighting for her life, Pippa Farr of Holcombe, near Dawlish, is back in action and winning. With concrete determination the 34-year-old decided last year that she was fit enough to be able to follow her dream buying a horse again, having ridden and competed prior to her accident. POLICE UPDATE: This morning police received a serious report where we required the assistance of armed police and the helicopter. A male was located on Elm Grove Road where he was arrested and conveyed to Torquay Police Custody.

Tradesmen have been reported calling door to door offering services for repairs to the owners property, or telling the occupants that they have inspected the property and work needs to be done.
