@Cassandra - if it goes ahead, he will certainly make a small amount of change from it. as to the impact on those who already live in the surrounding area. i'm sure mr stone has their best interests at heart!

Letter from applicant/agent Tuesday Jan 28 2014. Latest sob letter from Stone, I won't go into detail, but if you want to read it, it is the latest doc on the planning web site.

Where on earth did they find 12 police officers? I wasn't aware there were that many in the whole of Devon. Although on the BBC news last night I saw at least that number guarding the gates at No 10!

It would be great if there was one of these for building your own car!

From what was taken I would say it certainly wasn't kids.

The text says the 1st bridge was designed in 1830, doesn't say when it was installed, but even if it was a few years after that it would show the original bridge stood for around a 100 years. The secomd bridge which was reconstructed in 1937 makes the current bridge 76 years old. Not sure if the text is saying that the original bridge was grade 2 listed or the current one or both were. ...

Yeh, and what a bloody mess they made choosing the York stone as it is porous and has now started to look like the old grey concrete slabs that were there before. There are more pressing things the money could have been constructively used for in Dawlish then grubby poorly fitted slabs. An entire Summer when the retailers lost revenue because people could not park along the Strand, blah, blah, ...
