The Fire Service attended a Cliff Rescue in the above area. Fire appliances from Dawlish, Teignmouth and the Special Rescue Team from Exeter were mobilised to this incident.
On arrival, crews confirmed one vehicle had fallen approximately 50 metres down a cliff with one person still within the vehicle. Crews assisted Paramedics in rescuing the casualty who was conveyed to Hospital via Air Ambulance. Fire crews also assisted Police with recovering the vehicle and made the vehicle safe.
