Chicken Shed, you say that others only whinge and moan on the forum. You berate them for doing nothing. Please enlighten us. 1) what do you think they *should* do 2) what are YOU doing about things?

Does anyone know what happened outside the football club on Sunday evening?

If my memory serves me correctly it absolutely poured with rain yesterday (Saturday). Perhaps that could explain the lack of people in the town? The burnt out playground in the Manor Park I understand is soon to be addressed. There are how many shops empty in the town? 3? 4? better if they weren't I agree. But can you suggest something to help this? What would YOU like to see in the town? And ...

If its true that the council are housing a family from Liverpool thats unfair. I know a couple who have lived here for about 30 years they have to move to a ground floor flat for health reasons the council are going to help them but they have to move to Torquay. Their family and friends live in Dawlish they are devistated, and cannot find anywhere private to rent

Concerning the kiddies playpark (yes know its going over an old issue, but unless I am wrong shouldnt the council be insured against injury and vandalism if so where has the money gone if not why not
