My point is that it was unclear who was behind the scheme. It's a Guernsey-based sompany controlled by Charles Billson who is doing the same thing to the people of Leigh near Wigan. I thought you were against the planning application?

I think a company called Black Country Properties is behind this company which I think is controlled by Guernsey-based Charles Billson.
