You know what, You may have the "mindset" right.. I reported an untethered staffie, which was allowed to threaten a black swan, recently, at 2.50 p.m. I went to great lengths to point out the current location of the person, but SHE... went in a different direction. What is the "Handover time" for the police??? Not Happy.
Couldn,t agree more. People need to get rid of stuff they don,t need.More rural communities have skips at prescribed times for this purpose. If there was a waste "Hotline" they would be over run with "customers". Just work it out. Could even be economically viable.
Perhaps a " No Shitting or Pissing" sign could have an effect!!! Not....Only the police with the backing of the Council can begin to tackle this.
Bit late now, but had you gone just 80 yards away, to the shelters, you would have found human excrement and urine there.Not nice ,but true. A nice guy called Peter is maintaining the park,why not say "Hello" to him.
